The principal and founder of C. C. Elele SAN & Associates, Casmir Chinatu Elele SAN, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. After his National Youth Service at Ilorin, Kwara State in 1987, he joined the law firm of Chief Theo Nkire & Co at Aba, Abia State, whereat he served as Pupil Counsel, Associate, Personal Assistant to the First Attorney General of Abia State at creation in 1991; Head of Chambers 1989 – 1992. He set up the Chambers C. C. Elele & Associates in 1992 and has remained in active private/legal practice ever since.

 As a private legal practitioner, he has traversed various arreas of law such as Corporate and Commercial Law, Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, Family Law and Succession, Intellectual Property Law, Property Law, Employment and Labour Law, Banking and Finance Law, Environmental Law, Election Petition Cases (Pre and Post-Election Disputes/Litigation), Tax Law, Human Rights: Humanitarian and Constitutional Law, Medical Law and Practice.
